At Wapiti Forged, we stand behind the goods we craft and offer. Each Artifact is made in small seasonal batches with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it so — within the quiet boundaries below.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your Artifact.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In original condition (unused, unmarked, unwashed)

In its original packaging
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns for forged irons purchased via The Ledger or fittings conducted through The Foundry are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated in writing.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Please email us at Artifacts@wapitiforged.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Returns must be initiated before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipments should be sent to the address on the provided return label.
DAMAGES & ERRORS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Please include clear photos and a brief note so we can make it right without delay.
EXCLUSIONS
We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized items

Final sale items

Gift cards
We cannot accept returns of any item that shows signs of wear or use, or that was damaged after receipt.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to the limited nature of each drop. If you'd like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION
If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at Artifacts@wapitiforged.com.
